BizFormula operates the website at https://thebizformula.com, which provides free business calculators and formula explanations. This policy applies to that website only.

Calculator inputs stay in your browser

Every calculator on BizFormula runs entirely in your browser. The values you type are used to produce the result you see and are not sent to, collected by, or stored on a BizFormula server. Closing or reloading the page clears them.

What we do not do

• No user accounts, sign-ins, or profiles.
• No customer or user database.
• No analytics provider is installed.
• No advertising scripts are currently active.
• No session recording, heatmaps, or behavioural tracking.
• No payment processing.
• No external services are called to perform calculations.

Information you send by email

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include in it. We use that information only to read and respond to your message and to fix issues you report. Please do not send confidential financial information by email.

Hosting and server logs

This website is delivered by a third-party hosting provider. As with virtually all websites, that provider may automatically record standard technical request information — such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, and browser user agent — for the purpose of delivering the site, maintaining security, and diagnosing faults. This information is handled by the hosting provider under its own practices; BizFormula does not use it to build profiles or identify individual visitors.

Cookies and browser storage

Security and its limits

BizFormula is intended for business and general adult use. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
